MENU DEVELOPMENT
Taking into account the qualifications of the local staff and the cost of products in the city, a menu was developed that covered the needs of the target audience. Work processes of cooks were streamlined. We developed dishes that were prepared quickly, looked modern and were tasty. They provided the standards for Gross and Netto bookmarks, cooking technology, and made a photo shoot for social networks. The menu was quickly integrated into the institution’s processes and was enthusiastically supported by the owners and employees of the cafe. For a couple of years, they accompanied the establishment on the development of seasonal novelties and the training of chefs in cooking technology.
